Per the "Conflict Resolution" section in our Family Handbook, the first step in resolving any problem which arises is to
allow the person(s) closest to a concern the opportunity to resolve it. Therefore, if a parent or guardian has a
concern or problem related to an MVMCS staff member, s/he may meet with that
person to communicate the concern and allow the staff member the opportunity to
hear, address, and resolve the concern.

Parents can communicate a concern related to a student or staff member using the following form. A copy of this form will go directly to Miss Tanya, the principal, so she can address the concern and follow up with all parties involved.
